This Tazo tea is a most refreshing and relaxing drink. I drink it hot or cold and enjoy it three or four times per day. It is probably my favorite of all the flavors of Tazo.

Is this one sweet snack all that bad?

I love peanut butter, but I am really trying to reduce the amount of junk food I eat. Is a spoonful of peanut butter a day okay? I know it is high in fat, and it is also high in protein. Or should I just cut out all peanut butter in my diet?? Thanks

I have had a terrible cough for three days. I dont have any money for meds but i have a cabinet full of spices..can anyone help me get rid of this cough.Thanks you for your time and suggestions.
