Don't waste your money

I was totally disappointed with this book. The recipes are below average at best. There are much better books available on this subject.

Don't waste your money on this book or any others she has written. Amazon should not allow book authors to review their own book. That should be a tip off.
Blend Gourmet Teas Yourself!

Review Date: October 12, 2006
Reviewer: Mary El-Baz, PhD,
If you love the aromas and textures of the loose leaf teas that you get from the mall stores like 'Teavana,' but don't like paying department-store prices for it, then consider blending your own! This book has an assortment of fantastic recipes for blending your own gourmet teas using herbs and edible flowers. There's also recipes for sweeteners, lemonades, spritzers, and more! You've got to get this book!
