Do you know a recipe using herb tea's? Thank you

I get sick all the time, and I need to know a good herb mixture to make a really good tea with organic herbs. Anyone have websites/recipes/suggestions?
Its just feeling tired, throut hearting, runing nose, congestion, and sometimes stomic proplems.

I live in New Jersey, please help
